Raisin Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 c. butter
1 c. pecan pieces
1/2 c. raisins
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
2 eggs, separated
prepared pie crust
Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff.
Mix all other ingredients; then add beaten egg whites.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 325\u00b0 approximately 35 minutes or until set.
