Light Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1 Tbsp. skim milk or buttermilk
    2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a blender.
    If thicker consistency is desired, add more cottage cheese.
    Chill. Serve plain or mix with chives, minced onion or other seasonings.
