Company Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 average size potatoes (red preferably)
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 onion, chopped
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in skin.
    Cool and shred.
    Combine cheese and margarine; heat until melted.
    Remove from heat and blend in sour cream, onion and seasoning.
    Fold into potatoes and turn into a 2-quart casserole.
    Dot with butter and paprika.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
