No Cholesterol Popovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 egg whites
    1 c. skim milk
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Grease 12 muffin pans.
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Beat egg whites until frothy.
    Beat in milk and margarine.
    Beat in flour and salt until blended.
    Fill cups 3/4 full.
    Bake 50 minutes.
    Make slits in top of muffins and bake 5 more minutes.
