Sugar-Free Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
    6 c. sliced, peeled apples
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Dissolve cornstarch in 1/4 cup apple juice in small bowl. Combine with remaining apple juice in saucepan and cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Stir in apples, sprinkle with spices.
    Put in pie shell and cover with top.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven until done.
