Candied Bacon Knots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

vegetable cooking spray
1 1/2 c. packed light brown sugar
1 1/2 lb. thinly sliced bacon
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Line broiler pan with foil.
Position rack on top and coat with cooking spray.
Place brown sugar in a shallow dish. Tie each bacon slice into a loose knot.
Press one side of bacon in sugar to coat well.
Arrange in a single layer, sugared side up, on broiler rack.
Bake until crisp and bubbly. Cool 15 to 20 minutes.
Transfer to paper towels to drain and cool. Can be held up to 3 hours at cool room temperature.
