Enchilada Casserole(Mexican) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 chicken breasts
    1 can tomato paste
    1 pkg. enchilada sauce mix
    1/2 can black olives, sliced
    3 c. mild cheese
    corn tortillas
Preparation
    Mix enchilada sauce mix as directed.
    Cook and cut chicken into bite size pieces.
    Grate cheese. Layer tortillas, cheese, chicken, olives and sauce.
    Top with remainder of cheese.
    Bake 10 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven or until cheese is melted.
