Italian Cream Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
1/2 c. Crisco
2 c. sugar
6 egg yolks
2 1/2 c. plain flour
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
6 egg whites
Preparation
-
Cream together first four ingredients.
Add all other ingredients and fold in egg whites.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Check to see if done.
Ice when cool.
