Angel Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 cup sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    30 Ritz Crackers
    3/4 cup nuts chopped
    whipped cream or cool whip
    frozen coconut
Preparation
    Beat egg whites stiffly.
    Gradually add 1 cup sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla.
    Crush crackers.
    Mix with egg whites and nuts.
    Put in greased pie plate.
    Bake 325\u00b0 about 15 minutes.
    When cool cover with cream and fresh coconut.
    1/2 pt. to each pie.
    6 to 8 servings.
    Refrigerate.
