Olive Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. salad olives
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimentos
    1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Slowly add milk and eggs.
    Mix well, then add olives, pimentos and nuts.
    Pour into well-greased and floured loaf pan.
    Set aside for 20 minutes, then bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Makes 1 large loaf.
    Great served with cream cheese.
