Brickle Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    35 saltine crackers (about 1 sleeve from a 16 oz. box)
    2 sticks butter (1/2 lb.; not margarine)
    1 c. sugar
    6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate morsels (1 c.)
    6 oz. peanut butter morsels (1 c.)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Line a 10 x 15-inch cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
    Lay out crackers on the cookie sheet, packing tightly.
    In a medium sized saucepan, melt the butter, then add the sugar and boil, stirring frequently, for 2 or 3 minutes until sugar is completely dissolved.
    Immediately spoon mixture over the crackers and bake for 7 minutes.
    Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle the chocolate and peanut butter morsels over the crackers, spreading evenly as they melt.
    Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, then break into pieces.
    Yield:
    25 to 30 servings.
