Teriyaki Tip Steaks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. beef tip steaks, cut 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick
1/4 c. dry sherry
3 Tbsp. light soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. peanut or vegetable oil
1 green onion, diagonally sliced
Preparation

In shallow dish, place steaks.
In small bowl, combine sherry, soy sauce and garlic.
Pour over steaks.
In large skillet over medium high heat oil.
Drain steaks well, reserving marinade; pat dry with paper toweling.
Cook steaks in hot oil 1 to 2 minutes or until desired doneness, turning once.
Remove to warm serving platter.
Pour reserved marinade into pan.
Cook 2 minutes or until bubbly and heated through.
To serve, pour marinade over steaks; garnish with green onion.
