Luncheon Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. diced chicken
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. cooked rice
    2/3 c. diced celery
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 hard-cooked eggs, diced
    1 c. cornflake crumbs or crushed potato chips
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
Preparation
    Mix all but crumbs and almonds and put in a 9 x 13-inch dish (do not pack down).
    Top with crumbs and almonds (almonds may be lightly browned first in 1 tablespoon butter if desired).
    Bake for 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    May substitute turkey, tuna, lobster or crabmeat for chicken.
