Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1/2 stick butter
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with chili pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 pkg. tortillas
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Boil, salt, debone and cut in pieces the chicken.
    Saute onion and pepper in butter.
    Combine the Ro-Tel tomatoes, cream of chicken and cream of mushroom soups.
    Break 12 soft tortillas in pieces.
    Layer in an oblong casserole dish tortillas, chicken, sauce and cheese.
    Repeat once more.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until cheese melts.
