Cream Of Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 7 potatoes, peeled and diced
3/4 stick margarine
1 can cream of celery soup
1 tsp. garlic salt
salt and pepper to taste
1 medium chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, cubed
1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

In large saucepan, cook diced potatoes and onions until tender (soupy) in just enough water to cover.
Add cubes of cream cheese to potatoes and onions.
Remove from heat.
Stir until cheese is melted.
To potato mixture, add remaining ingredients.
Serve hot.
