Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 slices bread
    2 c. diced chicken, turkey or tuna
    1 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    Season-All to taste
    3 eggs
    3 c. milk
    7 slices bread for top
Preparation
    Tear bread into pieces.
    Put in bottom of baking dish.
    Mix next five ingredients.
    Put over bread.
    Add bread for top.
    Beat eggs and milk.
    Pour over bread.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remove from oven and spread 1 can mushroom soup over it.
    Top with cheese and bake for 15 minutes without foil.
