Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. tart apples
1 c. coarsely chopped nuts

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0 and flour 13 x 9-inch pan.
Mix oil, sugar and eggs until blended.
Beat 1 minute; stir in remaining ingredients except apples and nuts.
Beat 1 minute.
Stir in apples and nuts; pour into pan.
Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, about 35 to 45 minutes.
