Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large (29 oz.) can pumpkin
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. white sugar
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. (bare) nutmeg
    1 tsp. salt
    6 large eggs, beaten
    1 can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Mix together in large bowl, pumpkin, brown sugar, white sugar, spices and salt.
    Beat eggs and milk together.
    Add to pumpkin mixture.
    Place in pie shells.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
    Bake for 50 minutes or until small cracks appear at the edge of the pie and center is firm to the touch. Makes 2 pies.
