Chicken Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten slightly
    1 c. cooled chicken broth
Preparation
    Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
    Mix together egg and chicken broth.
    Cut into dry ingredients.
    Roll out and cut into small pieces; drop into boiling chicken broth and cook for 30 minutes over medium heat.
