Spinach Artichoke Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. ground white pepper
    dash of ground red pepper
    2 (14 oz.) cans artichoke hearts, drained and halved
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook onion in butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until tender. Stir in spinach and next 5 ingredients.
    Place artichokes in a lightly greased 8-inch square baking dish.
    Spoon spinach mixture over artichokes and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
