Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 small jar pimentos
    1 can evaporated milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    5 or 6 sliced white potatoes
    1 pkg. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together except potatoes.
    Spray a casserole dish with Pam.
    Layer potatoes, then soup mixture until pan is full.
    Top with more cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
