Sauteed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 to 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 c. green pepper
    3 green onions, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms, vegetables and garlic in margarine 8 to 10 minutes.
    Stir in oregano, salt and pepper to taste.
    Great topping for steak, chicken or burgers.
