Grilled Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. olive oil
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 tsp. thyme
    1/2 c. lemon juice (fresh if possible)
    6 (1-inch thick) pork chops
Preparation
    Combine olive oil, garlic, thyme and lemon juice.
    Marinate pork chops in mixture for at least 1 hour.
    Grill pork chops over medium coals for 25 to 30 minutes or until no pink remains.
    Turn chops several times and baste during the last 5 minutes of cooking time with marinade.
    Yield: 6 servings.
