Frosted Pineapple Cake(No Oil) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, well beaten
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1 recipe Cream Cheese Frosting (recipe follows)
2 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup (do not drain)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour a 13 x 9-inch pan. In a large bowl, add eggs, sugar, vanilla, baking soda, salt and pineapple; mix well.
Add pecans to flour.
Add flour mixture and stir until well blended.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
Cool.
Spread Cream Cheese Frosting over baked cake.
