Brunch Oven Omelet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 T. melted reduced fat butter
9 large beaten eggs
1/2 c. light sour cream
1/2 c. skim milk
1 t. salt
2 T. chopped green onion tops
Preparation
-
Grease an 8 by 8 baking dish with the 2 T. melted butter.
Mix remaining ingredients.
Pour into baking dish and bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
Serve immediately.
