Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 c. Niblets corn, drained
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 can green mild chiles, chopped
    8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
    1 pkg. tortilla chips or Fritos, broken
Preparation
    Saute ground beef.
    Add onion, garlic powder and tomato sauce. Cook 20 minutes.
    Mix next 4 ingredients.
    Shred cheese.
    Layer ground beef mixture, sour cream mixture, cheese and tortilla chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
