Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
2 or 3 eggs
1 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 stick butter
marshmallows
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well and put in greased casserole dish. Cook for 40 minutes at 300\u00b0.
Just before serving, cover with large marshmallows and return to oven (350\u00b0) until lightly browned.
Serve hot.
