Soy Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. cooking oil
3 eggs, beaten
1 bunch green onions, sliced
1 (14 oz.) box Minute rice, cooked and cooled
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation

Heat oil, add eggs, mixing constantly
while breaking up with fork.
Mix eggs, onions, rice and soy sauce.
Blend very well and serve hot.
Note:
Can reheat in oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
