Cheese Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grits, cooked per directions
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated (at least 6 oz.)
    2 well beaten eggs
    1/4 c. butter or oleo
Preparation
    When grits are done, remove from heat and add butter and grated cheese and stir until melted.
    Add the well beaten eggs. You may also add a few finely chopped green onions if desired. Pour into buttered or sprayed 9 x 13-inch casserole dish and bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 40 to 60 minutes.
