Sweet Potato Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 large sweet potatoes, peeled, cooked, drained and mashed (about 3 c.)
3/4 stick margarine
3/4 c. granulated white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 egg yolks

Preparation

Melt margarine in
hot potatoes.
Add other ingredients and pour in casserole baking dish.
