Night And Day Cookie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 c. cocoa
1 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour

Preparation

Divide batter in half and put 1 cup cocoa in half of the batter.
Drop by teaspoons on greased cookie sheet.
Sprinkle sugar on top.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
