Zucchini Meat Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bottom pie crust
1 lb. hamburg
1 small onion, minced
1 large tomato, sliced
1 medium to large zucchini, grated
1 (10 oz.) block Cheddar cheese, grated
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano
Preparation

Fry hamburg until brown with onion.
Line pie plate with bottom crust.
Add hamburg and onion.
Slice tomato and put on top of hamburg mixture.
Grate zucchini with skin over tomato.
Top with grated Cheddar cheese.
Put in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
