Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. zucchini squash
    4 oz. grated sharp cheese
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 tsp. oregano
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. cheese
    thin bread crumbs
    2 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
Preparation
    Do not peel squash.
    Wash and slice thin.
    Steam 5 minutes. Drain.
    Mix squash, tomatoes, onion, salt, pepper, oregano and half of cheese.
    Place in 1 1/2-quart casserole sprayed with Pam.
    Top with remainder of cheese and thin bread crumbs.
    Bake covered in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Yields 2 servings.
