Company Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked carrots
3 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. paprika
juice of 1/2 lemon
Preparation

Cut carrots into strips, about 2 cupfuls.
Cook until they are tender and drain.
Mix all remaining ingredients together in a skillet and heat until well blended.
Add carrots and saute them about 10 minutes, stirring so that all the strips are coated with the sauce.
