Sensational Double-Layer Pumpkin Pie(Lite) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) graham cracker crust
    4 oz. lite cream cheese
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated skim milk
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 c. lite Cool Whip
    2 (4 serving) pkg. sugar-free vanilla pudding
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ginger or 3/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Preparation
    Beat softened cream cheese, sugar and 1 tablespoon evaporated milk with wire whisk until smooth.
    Gently stir in whipped topping.
    Spread on bottom of crust.
