Charlie'S Cajun Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked rice
1 can Campbell's cream of shrimp soup
1 doz. chopped shrimp or 1 can small shrimp pieces
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
1 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
blanched slivered almonds
Preparation

Saute onions and celery in a small amount of butter at very low heat until
they are transparent. Add this to the cooked rice. Stir in all other ingredients, except slivered almonds, and place in a buttered ovenproof dish. Garnish the top with plenty of the slivered almonds and sprinkle well with paprika.
Slip in the oven and bake at 300\u00b0 for about 20 minutes. Great with any type of baked fish.
