Baked Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, separated
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
2 c. canned or cooked corn
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation

Beat egg yolks.
Add rest of ingredients.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Pour into a greased casserole dish.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 300\u00b0.
Yields 6 servings.
