Oatmeal Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. oatmeal
    2 c. milk
    1 egg
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix oats and 1 cup milk.
    Let stand a few minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients and stir until well mixed.
    Heat griddle until water, sprinkled on it, dances across the surface.
    Pour about 1/4 cup batter on griddle for each pancake.
    When pancakes have a bubbly surface and slightly dry edges, turn only once to cook the other side.
