Scalloped Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    4 c. fresh carrots, sliced thin
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. Lawry's seasoning
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar
    1 c. stuffing
    3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook carrots until tender and drain.
    Saute onion in butter. Mix first 7 ingredients.
    Melt the butter for stuffing and mix. Spread on top of carrot mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
