Light Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. undiluted evaporated milk
    3 c. fresh strawberry pulp
    1 to 2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; mix thoroughly and pour into 1 gallon canister of ice
    cream maker.
    Pack ice and salt around canister. Process
    according\tto
    manufacturer's
    directions. Allow
    ice cream to harden about 2 hours in freezer or repack canister
    in ice and salt until serving time.
    Makes 10 small servings.
