Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 c. grated coarse carrots
2 c. flour
4 eggs
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients into large bowl.
Add oil and blend well. Add eggs and carrots and beat.
Bake in 3 layers or 1 tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes (55 minutes for tube pan).
