Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. can pink salmon (2 c.)
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. soft bread, crumbled (2 slices)
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 slightly beaten egg
    black pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Should be fairly wet.
    If too wet, add dry bread crumbs.
    Pack into small greased loaf pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
