Olive Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 jars green cut olives
2 c. celery, chopped
1 pod garlic
1 small bottle olive oil
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, chopped very fine
2 dashes oregano
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and store in refrigerator as long as you would like to keep it.
Goes good with meat dishes.
Use brick form Parmesan cheese.
(Can be found in most stores with the other type cheeses, usually found on the shelves above the butter.)
