Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-bran cereal, divided
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. salad oil
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
2 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Combine 1 cup cereal, water and salad oil; mix well.
Set aside.
Combine flour, salt, soda, sugar and remaining 2 cups cereal.
Add eggs and buttermilk to flour mixture.
Mix well. Stir in cereal/oil mixture.
Spoon into greased muffin tins.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Dough will keep in refrigerator.
