Whole Wheat Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. dry buttermilk powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3 c. skim milk
    4 tsp. oil
    2 egg whites
Preparation
    Mix together until smooth.
    Ladle pancake batter onto medium to hot griddle.
    Turn when bubbles form on pancake.
    Serve. Yields 6 cups, 24 pancakes.
