Chickpea Dip(Hummus) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. tahineh (sesame seed puree)
1 Tbsp. water
1 can chickpeas, drained
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 small garlic cloves, crushed
3 Tbsp. olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
chopped parsley and paprika to garnish
Preparation

Put all ingredients in blender and stop every minute.
Blend until smooth.
With a spatula, push mixture toward the blade to be sure that all the chickpeas are crushed.
Top with 3 tablespoons olive oil.
Decorate with chopped parsley and paprika and serve with Arabic bread, crackers or celery sticks.
