Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    15 oz. Ricotta cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    16 oz. large shell noodles
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    32 oz. favorite sauce
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix together 1 cup Mozzarella, Ricotta, salt, Parmesan, pepper and nutmeg. Cook large shells as directed on box and drain. Stuff each shell with cheese mixture. Pour 16 ounces sauce into bottom of a 9 x 13 casserole pan. Place stuffed shells into pan. Pour the rest of sauce over the top. Sprinkle the rest of Mozzarella cheese over the top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
