Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak, tenderized
    2 cans diced tomatoes
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 green pepper, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Flour round steak and place in 2 tablespoons of oil in slow cooker on high setting.
    Add tomatoes, onions and green peppers along with 1 to 1 1/2 cups water.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook about 4 hours or until meat is tender.
    Makes own gravy.
    Serves 4.
