Scallops With Shrimp And Artichokes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. fresh scallops or 1 (12 oz.)pkg. frozen scallops, thawed
    4 oz. mushrooms, sliced (about 1 1/2 c.)
    1 small red or green bell pepper, chopped (about 1 1/2 c.)
    1/4 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. half and half
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and cut in half
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen cooked shrimp, thawed
Preparation
    If scallops are large, cut into 1-inch pieces.
    Place scallops in a 2-quart saucepan; add just enough water to cover.
    Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
    Simmer, uncovered, about 5 minutes, or until scallops are white; drain.
    Keep scallops warm.
