Mixed Spicy Rib With Juice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. mixed spices
    1 Tbsp. ginger powder
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. wine
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 lb. pig's spareribs
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 head tomato
    1 head lemon
Preparation
    Rinse ribs.
    Cut in short.
    Take 2/3 head lemon to make juice and 1/3 for slice as garnish.
    Rinse tomato; slice as garnish. Blend lemon juice, hashed peel into rib.
    Pour marinade to stir for 20 minutes.
    Drain ribs.
    Sprinkle flour to coat thoroughly.
    Heat wok half full with oil; deep fry ribs until done.
    Remove and dish up.
    Garnish with tomato and fresh lemon.
